Mr. Shyam Gaya studied optics in the United Kingdom. He is the founder of Gaya Opticians and the first practice opened in 1966 at 24 SSR Street (Ex Desforges Steet).

Mr. Anoopum Gaya

Mr. Anoopum Gaya read Optometry at City University (UK) and graduated in 1995. He is registered as Optometrist with the Genral Optical Council (UK) since 1996 and also with the Ministry of Health (Mauritius). His special interest in Optometry is in contact lenses. Anoopum is also a member of the College of Optometrist and graduated in Finance and Economics from the University of East Anglia (Norwich, UK).

Mr. Kislaye Gaya read Optometry at the University of Cardiff and graduated in 2010. He is registered with the general Optical Council (UK) and is also a member of the College of Optometrist
