Introducing: ZEISS Vision Centre (ZVC) by Gaya Opticians

Dear Gaya Opticians family,
Today we would like to take you on a tour of our newest practice, the ZEISS Vision Centre. Boasting a large space of 100 m2, the ZVC is designed to create a whole new experience for you, from frame selection and precise vision measurement to careful lens consultation, finally getting you a pair of spectacles that really fits your needs – all while making sure you are safe!

Why the ZVC can be your safest opticians to visit:

As you may already be aware, we have been communicating COVID-19 measures to ensure a safe environment for you and our staff members. But what makes the ZVC stand out from the rest of all opticians?

Free Parking Area:

• Avoid the hassle of finding a parking space. Our parking lot is just steps away from the ZVC.
• Our quiet setting means you don’t have to mingle with busy crowds.

Reception:

• Markings will be placed on the floor for you to maintain more than 1m safe distance.
• A large front desk means our staff can look after at least 2 people, all while respecting social distancing.

Waiting Area/Lounge:

• Large enough room to accommodate 4-5 people and maintain social distancing.
• Enjoy the comfort of our lounge, watch our personalised content on TV and did someone say free Wi-Fi?
• ZEISS Vision Analysis: Browse and fill a comprehensive analysis booklet so we can understand your visual needs and recommend the best lenses and frames for you. Alternatively, you can complete the analysis online and bring the QR code with you.

Frame choice and Dispensing section:

• Spacious and comfortable area to move around.
• Large collection of frames and sunglasses (all disinfected regularly) for you to choose from.
• Precise measurements are taken at the click of a button with no contact involved, courtesy of ZEISS i.Terminal 2.

Consultation Room:

• Patients can be accompanied by a maximum of 2 people although we recommend coming alone where possible.
• All precautions will be taken to conduct the consultation in a clean and safe environment – disinfection of instruments after use and minimal contact during testing.
• Experience the ZEISS journey with state-of-the-art equipment. Did you know your eyes are as unique as your fingerprint? We can create your own visual map thanks to the ZEISS i.Profiler Plus which provides a lot more information on your eyes.
